The Orchard Project

What if you could tackle climate change, help wildlife thrive, and make stronger neighbourhood connections all at once? A community-run orchard can achieve all this and more!

This promo video highlights the powerful impact of community orchards. Planting fruit trees isn't just about growing delicious, locally sourced produce—it's about creating unique habitats that support up to 1,800 wildlife species and fostering spaces that bring people together. Over 86% of participants report that working in these orchards has improved their well-being.

As the only national charity dedicated to planting, restoring, and preserving community orchards, The Orchard Project has created or supported over 540 orchards since 2009. With a focus on resilience and longevity, they continue to train and support volunteers for five years after planting to ensure that these spaces can thrive, even in a changing climate.

To capture these ideas, we crafted an engaging video using motion graphics and collage photography to deliver key information while keeping viewers captivated. The result? A vibrant and inspiring call to action, encouraging communities to help bring orchards back into our cities and create a greener, healthier future.
