We Are The Message

The Message Trust approached us to create a promo video that captured the breadth of their work in deprived communities, schools, and prisons, along with their large evangelistic events. Our challenge: How do we convey such a wide-reaching impact in a short, compelling video?

In storytelling, there's a powerful mantra: "Show, don't tell." This approach became the cornerstone of our creative solution. We let visuals do the talking by blending still images with short video clips, each scene representing a different facet of The Message Trust's transformative work. The result was a visually striking narrative that allowed the message to unfold without heavy reliance on dialogue.

To bring even more depth, The Message Trust's Ben Hayden contributed a moving spoken word piece, weaving through the imagery and amplifying the emotional impact. The video was further elevated by an original track produced by their in-house production team, showcasing the talent of The Message Trust’s creative mission team and emphasising the core of their work: creativity and community transformation.

This collaboration demonstrated how visuals and sound can seamlessly intertwine to convey a powerful story, leaving a lasting impact on the viewer.
